    Hi

    I added an "uploadindex" command to toolbelt, this is like uploadbulk,
    but instead uses a FILES.BBS type file for descriptions.

    It expects FILES.BBS in the format like

    SOMEFILE.ZIP This is Some file
    SOMEFIL2.ZIP This is a file
    with a longer description


    This should make uploading shareware cdroms easier, if that's something
    you'd like to do.
