Anyway, I think they game is misconfigured, since they are going to 0/0.

It's a custom mod that Black Panther and I made. You'd have to call my BBS to understand. The problem is fixed to my knowledge ... one person had an extra // within their node address so it was sending netmail to the hub instead of to the user.
