    Hi all,

Has anyone got the lineup door game by M&S Software working on Synchronet, especially on Linux?

It's got some strange node setup and I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to be configuring it. It's wanting addresses and IRQs and the like which is a bit unusual, at least I've never had to deal with that before when setting up a door with dosemu.

    Thanks,

"IRQs and the like" means the door wants to talk directly to a UART (COM port). I don't know if Linux DOSEMU does UART virtualization. Likely, not.

If that is the case, you'll need to look for FOSSIL (or generic int14h COM port) support in the door's documentation. Usually FOSSIL support is enabled via command-line option (e.g. "/F") or a configuration file change.

Yes, it has a /FOSSIL option it says:

Pressing ENTER will hi-lite the port address. After hi-liting the port
address enter in the correct HEX BASE ADDRESS for your com port used
by node #1. A default list is also displayed in the help box for
    convienence.

    then goes on to say

NOTE: When using the /FOSSIL switch simply enter the port number
and not the base address. The IRQ will be ignored.

So it's looking for a com port number?
