Title: Simple Saucy Potatoes

58 oz (4 cans) sliced potatoes;
- drained
21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of celery
- soup; undiluted
2 c Sour cream
10 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled,
- divided
6 Green onions; thin sliced
Chopped chives; opt
Coarse cracked pepper; opt
Place potatoes in a 3 qt. slow cooker. Combine the next
4 ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup bacon crumbles; pour
mixture over potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on
high for 4-5 hours. Top with reserved bacon and, if
desired, chopped chives and coarse cracked pepper.
