Hello All.

I installed HotDogEd on a Samsung TAB 6. Since the update to Android 11, the following error message appears when calling HotDogED:

HotdogED Fidonet Provider is definitely installed
The error persists even after a new installation.

On another tab 6, on which HotDoged has never been installed, HotdogEd works after the installation.

Does anyone have any idea where to look?

'Waiting for date categories to be activated.
If you haven't installed on yet, please visit Google Play and download NNTP or FTN category data provider.'

I've seen that a few times. Try clearing your cache. It seemed to fix it for me.

In short, grant full permissins to the providers and editor.
Grand the autostart permission to the providers, disable ac-
tivity control and energy-saving features for the providers,
including those provided by third-party applications.

github and friends have now banned all things in rusia, more or less, so no publish unless its a russia github server, public or private, sadly
