Title: Oyster Tempura

Yield: 1 servings
150 g A-P flour
150 g Corn starch
1 lg Egg
Shucked oysters
Bread crumbs
Mix flour and corn starch.
Pat dry the oysters, season w/salt & pepper.
Dip oysters into plain flour/corn starch, then egg, then
bread crumbs.
Freeze for at least 10 mins.
Deep fry and serve .
