according to the nodelist, the telnet mailer is not on port 23...
Host,114,NC_Net_114_Arizona,Colorado_Springs_Co,Tj_Barlow,-Unpublished-,960
0,CM,XX,INA:cscnet1.net,IBN,IFT,ITN:60177
that's the nodelist line for 1:114/0 and it says the telnet mailer port is 60177...
There isn't anything responding on that port eiter, and in binkd I get:
? 05 Mar 12:53:12 [19228] called 1:114/0@fidonet, but remote has no such AKA
It's a mess...

yeah, i don't know...
each of those states could likely be collapsed into one net for
each... that's basically what we've done here in R18 with one net as a catchall for use when needed...
